The name of this organization shall be the Harlaxton社会.

The Harlaxton社会 is the alumni organization for Harlaxton. The Harlaxton社会 was started in 1972 as an auxiliary, dues paying organization. In 2005 it became the 校友会 of Harlaxton.

Article V: 董事会

At least five months prior to the first meeting of new Board membership, the nominating committee will review all candidates. 董事会主席将面试入围者，并向委员会提出建议. Within three months of their first Board meeting, finalists will be voted upon and approved by the Board and nominated in writing. 第一节. The Finance committee is responsible for raising funds to meet our purpose. The committee is composed of at least five Board members, 一个官, and the Development Officer or their representative.

X. 会议

The Harlaxton社会 Board will meet at least twice each year; once in the fall and once in the spring for the purposes of conducting business and awarding student scholarships.

XI. 投票
